The aquaponics system ensures optimal usage of water and space. Greens like spinach, fenugreek, kale, lettuce grow easily, as also tomatoes, aubergine, chillies etc. All herbs can be grown. As the fish are cultivated the year round, so can the vegetables, adding to the profitability of the project.
Our Hybrid RAS Fish Farming approach seamlessly combines Biofloc and RAS (Recycling Aquaculture Systems), a breakthrough crafted by our team of experts. The innovative Hybrid RAS technique significantly boosts yield, enabling multi-species cultivation without any interactivity, ensuring higher survival rates. This model proves advantageous financially, offering healthier and more substantial fish yields within enclosed spaces, simplifying the harvesting process. Compared to conventional RAS methods, this approach delivers cost-effective results, recycling water entirely. The sludge, a robust organic fertilizer, is separated from water saturated with fish waste and effluvia. Utilizing "Biofloc" technology, we transform toxic materials like Nitrate, Nitrite, and Ammonia into valuable proteinaceous feed, promoting a sustainable aquaculture system with limited or zero water exchange. Incorporating water clarifiers, ozone generators, circulation pumps, and oxy-biocones into the RAS system, combined with our innovative design, yields a cost-effective solution with minimal capital assets and labor requirements. This system allows for remote monitoring and control, enhancing its efficiency.
